- Wednesday: 60 minute bike ride (maybe to work?), 15 min walk w/ Jorge
- Thursday: 3 mile run interval, weight, core
- Friday: rest
- Saturday: Something outside
- Sunday: Artichokes and salad
- Monday: Green Chili Bowl
- Tuesday: Tuna Salad
- Wednesday: Cous Cous and veggies
- Thursday: Pasta
- Friday: Fish and rice
- Saturday: Grill something
