Reflection on Week 16 of 52

Weigh In: 210.8

Last week was another bad week. Finally, when I was feeling like 90% on Tuesday, we went for a long walk with Jorge. Then that night I was in horrible pain with cramps. Wednesday and Thursday I was down and out, I couldn't even motivate to exercise with my cramps and some nausea. Friday there was a huge snow storm and the roads were too bad to drive. So Saturday I just laid around and read and slept. I am so out of routine and feeling like crap. I am working on building the motivation to start all over again, after about three weeks off =(

I agree! It is really hard to get back into it. I have been sick on and off (but mostly on) for the past 2 months. I have been completely lazy and it will take a lot to get me back into it. I have some motivation though. We are going to see Dad and Nan in Vermont for a weeks vacation in the mountains. I am sure we will be doing outdoor stuff and I dont want my 70 year old father who works out 3 days a week to show me up. He would love that one!
