Simple plan for the week:
- Sunday: 15 treadmill interval, 15 minute arc trainer, 15 minute eliptical, 30 minute walk w/ Jorge
- Monday: arc trainer 15 minutes, treadmill 15 minutes, free weights, core, stretch, 20 minute walk w/ Jorge
- Tuesday: AM Yoga, 30 min walk w/ Jorge
- Wednesday: Eliptical 20 minutes, treadmill 20 minutes, free weights, core, stretch
- Thursday: AM Yoga, 30 min walk w/ Jorge
- Friday: Eliptical 30 minutes , free weights, core, stretch
- Saturday: Something outside
Dinner plan for the week:
- Monday: Salad
- Tuesday: Mexican Bean Bowl
- Wednesday: Veggies and Rice
- Thursday: Salmon and veggy
- Friday: Not sure yet, we'll be in Ft Collins with Hil and Tone
- Saturday: Would like to grill something
