- Monday: Eliptical 30 minutes , free weights, core, stretch
- Tuesday: AM Yoga, 30 min walk w/ Jorge
- Wednesday: Eliptical 30 minutes , free weights, core, stretch
- Thursday: AM Yoga, 30 min walk w/ Jorge
- Friday: Eliptical 30 minutes , free weights, core, stretch
- Saturday: Something outside
- Sunday: Cous Cous and veggies
- Monday: Chicken Salad
- Tuesday: Ham on Salad
- Wednesday: Turkey breast and salad
- Thursday: Tuna Salad
- Friday: Rice and veggies
- Saturday: Not sure yet
