- Sunday: Rest
- Monday: Walk Jorge
- Tuesday: AM Yoga
- Wednesday: Walk Jorge
- Thursday: 60 Min Yoga w/ Shiva Rea
- Friday: If I am 100% - then gym workout, eliptical and arc trainer, plus core and weights
- Saturday: Bike Ride or Hike, something outside
- Sunday: Easter Dinner
- Monday: Salad w/ leftover ham
- Tuesday: Tun Salad
- Wednesday: Chicken and Rice
- Thursday: Cous Cous and veggies
- Friday: Pork Chops and Brussel Sprouts
- Saturday: Not sure yet
